Falkiliad (House of)
One of the great Houses of the Avasthas, entrusted to be the keeper of the worship of Uragni, the power of the fire. They were masters of artistic expression, guardians of the Avastha science, and crafted most of the Avasthas secret weapons, including the Glorfakir and the Sadhan. The Sand Keeper traditionally came from this house as he drew on the fire to be the master of secrets, creativity, and crafts.
Foul Rift (The)
Master scheme of Thanatophor. The disintegration of man has to happen in his surroundings and in his very psyche. At the time Lakshman discovered the casket, the scheme of the Shadow was well on its way.
Four Ages (The)
The four ages constitute this cycle of history in which the fate of the Avasthas and the humans mingle. In the first Golden Age the truth is known and Avasthas rule. In the Silver Age misunderstanding appear and righteousness is weakened. In the Bronze Age, confusion and dissent emerge and evil rises; Avasthas are exiled. In the Iron Age, the fourth age of man containing these modern times, the rule of evil spreads wide and deep but Avasthas return unnoticed as the famed Stealthstars.
